Optional — only if your questionnaire showed you wanted help. Gentle “any outfits you’re torn on?”

“Quick one — if you want a second opinion on outfits, snap a couple shots and reply here. Otherwise, ignore me.”
Purpose · Turn the part most clients quietly stress about (clothes) into a conversation.

A 30-second voice note: looking forward, no homework, see you tomorrow. First time the studio feels like a person.

Purpose · Highest-impact pre-session touchpoint. Replaces 90% of day-before nerves.

One text: address, parking, buzzer, weather note if relevant. Nothing emotional, just facts.

“Studio at 123 Smith #2 — free parking out front, buzz when you’re here. See you at 2!”
Purpose · Eliminate “where do I park” panic 20 minutes before arrival.

Purpose · The emotional peak of the entire journey.

Short feedback form + one Google review prompt. Framed as “if you enjoyed it…”

“How did the session feel? One or two sentences is plenty. If you’d leave us a Google review, that’s a gift.”
Purpose · Capture testimonial gold while the experience is fresh.

Physical postcard with one printed image and a hand-written note. No CTA.
