Pick a date.
Ian replies, usually the same day, with two or three time options that fit what you need. No mandatory phone call. If you'd rather talk it through first — by phone or video — just say so in the form. Otherwise we go straight to picking the date.

Lock the date.
Deposit secures the slot, a short session sketch lands in your inbox. From there: prep emails, a voice note 24 hours before, and the studio door on the day.

When does the deposit happen?
After we've agreed on a session and a date. The form is free; the deposit secures the slot at step 3.
Can I cancel after booking?
Yes. Cancel more than 7 days before the session and the deposit comes back in full. Inside 7 days we’ll try to reschedule before anything else — sessions are one client at a time, so a missed slot is hard to refill on short notice.
What if I’m not in Montréal?
The session itself is in West Island Montréal, by appointment. Anything before the day — picking a date, talking through what you want, wardrobe questions — happens by email or, if you prefer, phone or video. People travel in from downtown, Laval, and the South Shore regularly.
Can someone book a session for me as a gift?
Yes. The recipient picks their own date and the session is built around what they want; the deposit is on you. Tell us at step 1 and we'll send a gift note instead of a calendar invite.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable. Less is sometimes possible — ask in step 1 and we’ll tell you what’s open.
